The Master Florists and California State Floral Associations have created a program to set a high standard of professional expertise in the floral industry.  Our mission is to have in the state of California a floral design certification, and support its use with continuing education for employers and employees.

What is the California Certified Florist Program?

The California Certified Florist (CCF) Program is a five-year certification.  It is renewable with proof of dual membership in the Master Florists Association and the California State Floral Associations, plus the attendance at three of their continuing education programs.  The California Certified Florist Program can be earned by self-study or as part of a floristry program.  It is based on required reading materials and practical experience.
